Eleanor Avella - a DnD character design

Eleanor is a Wechselkind Rogue. She's a 24 year old woman trapped in the body of a 5 year old doll. Once a day, she can transform into her human form. Her pet rat Snuffel has been enchanted, allowing him to transform with her: When Eleanor is in her 'natural' doll form, Snuffel looks like a normal (although slightly disgusting and disturbing) rat. But when she turns into her human form, he transforms into a cute rat plushy that perfectly fits her 'innocent little girl' disguise.
